Qualifications

  • Experience of working within an ITIL Service Organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day service operation and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Own the Service definitions and SLA definitions.
  • Be the first escalation point for the customer service.
  • Drive and manage Change Requests from the customer.
  • Accountable for technical stability of designated systems.
