Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Manager to drive architecture vision, roadmaps and operating models for high-impact defence and national security programmes. You will shape enterprise-wide strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders in secure environments.

You will translate business strategy into blueprints, drive governance, and guide data, application and technology landscapes while delivering measurable value for clients and partners

Qualifications

• Experience in secure UK environments (Defence/Public Safety/National Security).
• Experience across Business, Application, Data and/or Technology architecture domains.
• Involvement in large-scale, complex or highly sensitive digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior audiences.
• Ability to operate across different levels of architectural abstraction.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture vision, target states and roadmaps.
• Assess impact of strategic change across enterprise landscape: business, data, application, technology, infrastructure, operations.
• Lead development of enterprise architecture blueprints showing end-to-end landscapes and data flows.
• Provide architecture leadership across strategic, complex digital programmes.
• Develop value cases and investment justifications for executive decisions.
• Apply Lean and Agile EA principles to complex environments.
• Conduct end-to-end vendor and platform assessments across layers.
• Act as trusted advisor between business, technology teams and suppliers.
