Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is actively recruiting Project Managers for a variety of opportunities within a large and complex defence engineering environment. Hybrid working, typically 2-3 days per week on site.

The roles cover both core programme delivery and new business Project Management, with opportunities across delivery, engineering programmes, bids, business winning, customer engagement, or a combination of these areas.

Qualifications

• British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship.
• Able to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Previous Project or Programme Management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience working within complex projects, programmes or organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across cost, schedule and risk.
• Budget and cost control.
• Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Schedule management and schedule risk.
• Leading multidisciplinary or multi-functional teams.
• Bid, proposal or tender management.
• Business case development.
• Contract acquisition or mobilisation.
• Customer-facing Project Management.
