A leading digital services company based in the UK is seeking a Group New Customer Growth Coach to drive performance with their European sales teams. In this role, you will implement sales strategies, enhance local leadership capabilities, and provide insights to improve the Go-to-Market approach. The ideal candidate is fluent in English with commercial experience and a passion for coaching in a fast-paced environment. Frequent European travel is expected for this position.
As our Group New Customer Growth Coach, you'll run short, high‑impact sprints with our European sales teams, lifting performance fast and embedding our Group Go‑to‑Market strategy into consistent execution on the ground. You'll sit within the Group Commercial team, working closely with colleagues across markets and partnering with local leadership to strengthen a positive, high‑energy, high‑performance sales culture. You will turn data into action – using performance insights to spot gaps and coach sales teams and managers on what to start, stop and continue. Through real‑time coaching and smart questioning in the field, you'll help teams understand what really drives conversion, make winning behaviours repeatable, and leave behind a stronger, more disciplined new business engine in every team you support.
