Job summary

Salamander seeks a reliable Production Operator to support daily manufacturing activities at its Deeside facility in the UK. You will operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment in alignment with our quality standards.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced setting. GCSEs or equivalent and prior production experience are preferred, with a commitment to following

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
