Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a factory cleaner to perform deep cleaning around machinery using specialist equipment. The role runs 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), on a permanent full-time basis.

You will clean high level and enclosed spaces and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored correctly, while adhering to health and safety standards on the factory floor. Applicants should be punctual, detail‑oriented, able to multitask, and able to move cleaning equipment.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

Mon to Fri 6:30am to 2:30pm

Job Specification

The main purpose of the role is to clean high level areas, clean within enclosed spaces and other cleaning tasks within the factory area. The position is for deep cleaning using specialist equipment, working around very expensive machinery on the factory floor. The job holder will be responsible for deep cleaning areas around working machinery in the factory which will require good communication skills with their supervisor and ability to work at height in a demanding active environment.

You will be working Monday to Friday 06:30am to 14:30pm, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Role responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
• Ensureequipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
• Deal with anymanagement requests promptly and courteously.
• Always maintain Health and Safety standards.
• PPE to be worn at all times.

To succeed in the role, you will need:
