Working a 4 on, 4 off pattern (18:00–06:00), you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operation moving, delivering for our customer, and leading a team that’s known for their experience, commitment, and knowledge. Responsibilities

• Lead with impact – take ownership of the warehouse night shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Inspire your team – build on the strengths of an already knowledgeable team, while coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to grow.
• Raise the bar – drive high standards in compliance, Health & Safety, and warehouse performance.
• Deliver results – ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, always keeping customer service front of mind.
• Champion people – manage HR processes such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management with fairness and confidence.
• Keep things moving – work with the service team to make sure MHE is fit for purpose and issues are resolved quickly.
