We are looking for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our exceptional front‑of‑house team in Salford Quays, a dynamic destination buzzing with professionals, visitors, and opportunities. You will become part of a team of 7 outstanding Rapport Ambassadors, supporting with lunch cover, working across five striking buildings that form the heart of this fast‑paced, future‑focused industry.

As the first face people see and the lasting impression they take with them, your role will be pivotal in shaping every guest and client experience. From welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism to ensuring smooth, seamless service across 5 sites, you will be at the centre of it all, connecting people, spaces, and moments in one of the most inspiring environments in the country.

Type of contract: Part‑time, Permanent

Hours: 20 per week (Monday‑Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM)

Ideal start date: 1 December 2025

Main responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and inclusive welcome to every guest, client, and colleague, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the lunch period.
  • Manage visitor check‑ins, passes, and general enquiries with confidence, maintaining the same high standards of service across all receptions.
  • Provide reliable and flexible cover across multiple buildings, adapting quickly to different teams and environments.
  • Work closely with security and facilities teams to keep the reception areas safe, organised, and welcoming at all times.
  • Maintain an excellent standard of presentation, ensuring each reception reflects professionalism and care.
  • Bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for service, creating a seamless experience even during the busiest part of the day.
