The role of a Clinical Pharmacist at Haden Vale Medical Practice is essential for enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiencies. This position requires a motivated and passionate individual dedicated to delivering excellent service within a general practice setting.
We are seeking one enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team, working alongside our Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a fulfilling and vital career in primary care within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to innovate, advise and influence our medicines management strategy, and implement measures that ensure quality and safety in prescribing. Completion of an independent prescribing course is an essential requirement. While completion of the CPPE pathway is preferred, it is not mandatory, and there is an opportunity to support you through the CPPE pathway.

Citrus Health is a primary care network consisting of six GP surgeries, covering a patient population of 46,139 in the southwest of the Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG footprint. We are a dynamic and friendly team, experienced in working together to deliver excellent care to our patients.
