Job description

Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. The role is for a Multi skilled decorator - carrying out decorating, repairs and mould/damp treatments to our housing stock across Redditch Borough. Key Requirements -

• to out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance in residential properties
• carry out mould inspections, treatments , redecoration and maintenance to residential properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot causes of mould and advise timescales for remedial works. (training will be given.
• Undertake minor repairs associated with the root cause of damp and mould in properties.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
• work on various general maintenance tasks as required
  Relevant decorating qualifications and certification.
• Proven experience as a decorator with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
