Job summary

Parexel is recruiting for Clinical Research Associate II and Senior CRA to join our UK Multi-Sponsor Clinical Trials Team. This fully decentralised role places you as the primary point of contact at study sites, managing relationships, quality and delivery from site identification through close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, pharmacy or related health discipline.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology.
• Ability to perform all monitoring activities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team.
• Experience working in a self-driven role with urgency and limited oversight.
• Client-focused attitude with flexibility for assignments and learning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet study timelines while applying protocol knowledge.
• Committed to ethical practices to advance life-changing treatments.
• Strong computer skills, including CTMS, EDMS and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits and termination visits at assigned sites and generate reports.
• Build and maintain site relationships and promote site staff rapport.
• Review trial performance to protect patient rights and well-being per protocol.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies to meet enrollment timelines while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate data quality and site performance, including drug accountability.
• Perform site document verification and regulatory documentation checks.
