Cotton On Group is hiring for a part-time, fixed-term Distribution Centre Team Member. You will pick and prepare orders for dispatch with care, helping the team to maintain smooth operations while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, with lifting up to 14kg and walking long distances per shift. A supportive, team-focused culture and great staff benefits are on offer.

• Experience picking orders in a warehouse is beneficial

• Able to walk long distances during shifts

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently
• Support the team and other functions to ensure smooth operations
• Follow systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures
• Carry out other operational tasks as required
