Job summary

Isio is seeking an experienced investment consultant to lead the DC investment advisory for a portfolio of DC clients, including large Own and Master Trusts. You will advise trustees and sponsors, contribute to strategic thinking, and help shape innovative DC strategies while supporting business development and client relationships across the practice.

Responsibilities

Lead DC investment consulting role on a portfolio of DC clients and support Partners/Directors on large Own/Master Trusts.
Contribute to strategic thinking for large, complex DC clients to keep strategies fit for purpose.
Design and implement innovative DC investment strategies for the modern world.
Attend client meetings and deliver advice on a range of topics.
Contribute to new business activities including tender submissions and pitches.
Contribute to thought leadership on default design and evolution.
Research DC provider default strategies and individual DC funds for bespoke solutions.
Support wider DC team advising clients changing providers or DC vehicles.
Draft or review reports and manage team work.
Develop junior team members through coaching and performance management.
