Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team in Liverpool (L3) to work at a technology centre. The role requires an enhanced DBS check and involves cleaning offices, labs, training rooms, and reception areas.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise facilities, ensure COSHH compliance, and report hazards. The position runs Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7pm, paying £13 per hour with ongoing work.

Qualifications

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Cleaner in Liverpool, L3, with an Enhanced DBS check, to clean at a technology centre

Key Responsibilities

• Clean offices, training rooms, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens, and break areas.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, stairwells, and communal spaces.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Assist with deep cleaning and periodic cleaning tasks as required.

Essential Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment.
