Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking a motivated Packing Operative to join a Bolton-based team. You will repack and repalletise products for UK distribution, handling items such as toilet rolls, tissues and feminine hygiene products, while ensuring quality packaging standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with minimal heavy lifting and a friendly, supportive team environment. Opportunities for training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate attention to detail in packing and repacking tasks.
• Be a reliable team player who communicates well in a busy environment.
• Previous packing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Re-palletising stock from European to UK pallets to meet warehouse standards.
• Repacking products into smaller boxes for retail sale.
• Quality-checking to ensure packaging meets high standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
