Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Supporting residents with meals and feeding where necessary
• Assisting with mobility and using moving and handling equipment safely
• Promoting independence and well‑being through meaningful interactions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Duties

• General housekeeping
• Personal care – helping residents wash, shower and dress
• Talking to residents to help them feel less anxious
• Making and changing beds
• Serving food or helping people eat
• Using moving/handling equipment
