Job summary

Handsale Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant (Days) in a full-time role. You will work 38.5 hours per week and provide compassionate care to residents, including help with dressing, hygiene, and mobility. You will contribute to care plans and support residents' activities and well-being.

The role requires SVQ/NVQ in Health & Social Care, CRB/DBS checks, and experience in elderly care. A pension scheme and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified SVQ/NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• CRB/DBS checks completed.
• Experience or qualification in elderly care.
• Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme offered.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with dressing, hygiene and toileting needs.
• Assist mobility and support residents to move safely.
• Contribute to care plans with residents and families.
• Provide high standard of care and report changes to supervisor.
• Support residents' mental and physical activity and participate in training.
