Job summary

Constellation Careers in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef to join our culinary team across multiple venues. This flexible role offers part-time or full-time shifts and access to system training to accelerate your career, with excellent pay, training, opportunities and perks.

Requirements include relevant cookery qualifications, Enhanced DBS, and Level 3 Food Hygiene for Sous Chef upwards. You must bring your own Chef whites and safety shoes.

• Owner should hold relevant cookery qualifications and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Working Hours

Do you want part time or full time work? This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Looking for Chef's in the Leeds and Stourton Area weekdays and odd weekend days. You must have all the relevant cookery qualifications a can do attitude Allergen Awareness & Level 3 Food Hygiene for Sous Chef upwards. You must also have your own Chef whites & Safety Shoes

Main Chef Responsibilities

• - Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• - Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
• - Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• - Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Skills / Qualifications

Some of these venues may be within an education setting and this will require an enhance DBS, please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one. If not, we will assist with this process.
