A leading teleradiology provider in the UK seeks a DayHawk Call Operator to join their energetic team. This part-time role involves communicating with radiographers, monitoring systems, and supporting the team leader in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be acting as Medica’s primary point of contact as a part of the Service Delivery Nighthawk team working in a fast-paced environment.
Communicating professionally and effectively with radiographers, reporters and referrers.
Monitoring notification systems and tools, taking action based upon observations.
Support the team leader in safeguarding reporting resources.
Participate in regular individual and team development meetings.
Work closely with the technical team to resolve reporting workflow issues.
Understand and take ownership of shift‑specific tasks and assist team members when needed.
Diffuse and when required, escalates client complaints through appropriate channels.
Document all shift‑related information including summaries and breached exams.
Adhere to and maintain knowledge of Medica accreditation standards.

Experience of working in an office environment.

Salary: 13.13 an hour (FTE 25616)
Hours: 8 Hours Per Week
Shifts Available: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Mode: Remote with work in office (Hastings East Sussex) every 8/9 weeks.
