Hollybank Trust’s Willow Court is a nursing-led home on the Mirfield campus that provides care for adults with complex health needs and disabilities. We are seeking Day Support Workers to join a compassionate, multi-disciplinary team and help residents live meaningful lives with dignity.

The role offers full or part-time hours, with shifts around 12.5 hours, and an hourly rate of £12.81 for days plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and overtime. DBS checks are required and support is given.

Qualificações

• Experience in social care or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Compassionate and committed
• Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex disabilities and health needs.
• Support daily routines, personal care, and activities for residents.
• Work closely with qualified Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Help create a safe, welcoming and engaging home environment and promote independence.
