Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker for Ashfield House in Raunds, Northamptonshire. Salary is £13.57 per hour with an 11-hour rotation over 4 weeks and 12-hour shifts from 07:45 to 20:15. No experience required; full training and development opportunities are provided.

Location: Ashfield Avenue, Raunds NN9 6DX. This role focuses on person-centred care, dignity, and inclusion, within a supportive team and employee-owned environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.

• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
