Job summary

Taylor Stevenson Ltd is recruiting a Day Site Production Supervisor in Doncaster to lead a small team on a busy waste processing site. The role involves hands-on supervision of mobile plant, ensuring safety, efficiency and production targets are met within a 24-hour operation.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and maintenance teams to keep the plant running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 360 Grab, Loading Shovel and FLT experience, plus prior supervisory or team-leader background,

Qualifications

• 360 Grab experience is essential.
• Loading Shovel experience is essential.
• FLT experience is essential.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential.
• Experience in Waste, Recycling or Resource Recovery is desirable and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of operatives and supervise daily production operations.
• Operate mobile plant including 360 Grab, Loading Shovel and FLT.
• Monitor production targets and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate plant operations with inbound/outbound materials.
• Complete shift reports and production documentation; conduct pre-use inspections.
