Job summary

Evri Group is recruiting a Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor at Tyneside Depot to lead a team of loaders, sorters and drivers, ensuring smooth day operations and meeting SLA targets. The Day Shift typically starts around 13:00 and runs Sunday to Thursday, with full flexibility required.

Reporting to the Day Shift Manager, you will develop staff, manage performance and drive compliance with HSES rules while handling returns and parcel flow across our network.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and liaison skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports, providing leadership for the shift.
• Develop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are met for the day shift.
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
