Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative (days) at our Paddock Wood site (TN12 6UU). You will pick customer orders, load vehicles, and organise stock across ambient, chilled and frozen zones. The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–16:00, with a salary of £34,918.88.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate orders leave on time while supporting a collaborative team delivering great service to customers across the UK.

Qualifications

• Reach Truck experience is essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication are required.
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful but not essential.
• Good physical fitness due to active role and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading vehicles for delivery.
• Organising and storing products safely and correctly.
• Using warehouse equipment safely with full training provided.
• Moving stock using pump trucks and pallet trucks, and forklifts where needed.
• Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
