Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Days team at Clement Court, Stoke-on-Trent. You will provide direct nursing care, perform health supervision, administer medicines, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess all aspects of client's care needs and provide health supervision.
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and review ongoing care.
• Ensure client care plans are completed with clients and relatives and in line with NMC guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document per policy and NMC guidelines.
• Practice maximum integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
• Supervise and instruct junior staff in all aspects of their work in the care home.
• Attend mandatory training days/courses on or off site when required.
• Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
