Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting a Day shift Production Operator in Uddingston to join a food manufacturing team. Temporary ongoing contract with a pay rate of 12.95 per hour, Monday-Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Friday 7am-2.30pm, working in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior food production experience, strong attention to quality, and reliable, punctual performance while adhering to safety standards and procedures.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work backshift hours.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).

We are currently recruiting a Day shift Production Operator to join our clients food manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production or factory experience who is reliable, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Handling, assembling, and packing food products to quality standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
