Job summary

Damicor is looking for a Maintenance Engineer in the Swindon area to maintain and repair production machinery. The role is 40 hours per week, days only, with a salary of £40,000–£41,000 basic plus package and overtime options.

The successful candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills and be comfortable with testing, fault finding, and safety procedures. Open to a range of technical backgrounds, the post offers training, internal and external courses, and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Electrical engineering, single, 3 phase, motors, inverters & control panels.
• Testing and fault finding.
• Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, chains, and valves.
• Open to most technical / industrial engineering backgrounds (Marine, Army, Navy etc).
• Good health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Testing and fault finding.
• Ensure health and safety compliant operations.
• Support in continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
