Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Blackhill, Glasgow. The role involves carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on production and site machinery to maximise uptime.

You will work within a skilled engineering team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with strong fault-finding and continuous improvement responsibilities. Opportunity for progression and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
• Open to any industrial background or Armed Forces (RAF, Navy, Army, REME).
• Recognised engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on production and site machinery.
• Maintain maximum uptime and efficiency of equipment.
• Fault finding and continuous improvement activities within a fast-paced site.
• Uphold high safety and engineering standards across the site.
