Job summary

Driver Hire Bradford is seeking reliable HGV Class 2 drivers for day shifts in the Bradford/ Halifax area. You will handle multi-drop deliveries or trunk runs, ensuring timely, safe transport of goods and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role offers day shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing or permanent work. A valid UK Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and Tachograph card are required, with preference for 6 months' experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (C) licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 6 months' experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
• Good knowledge of local and national roads.
• Excellent timekeeping and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Complete deliveries on time while maintaining high standards of service.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and delivery records.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with colleagues and customers.
