Job summary

Renaissance Care is recruiting Bank Care Assistants for the Meadowlark site in Scotland. You will support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities, ensuring person-centred care and meaningful engagement. This is a bank/relief position with daytime shifts and full training provided.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Full training provided to new starters.
• Excellent communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote a positive mealtime experience and support nutrition and hydration.
• Engage residents in person-centred activities, outings and events.
• Deliver care in line with individual care plans and support 1:1 moments.
