Job summary

Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Assembly Operators for our client based in Inchinnan Industrial Estate, Renfrewshire. These positions are long-term temporary roles working a desirable day-shift pattern with early finishes on Fridays.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm; Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm. Pay rates start at £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.66 per hour after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, light manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assembling components accurately in accordance with production specifications
• Performing basic product inspection and quality checks
• Operating hand tools and assembly equipment safely on the line
• Maintaining high standards of house-keeping and workshop safety
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily manufacturing targets
