Job summary

KYN BICKLEY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the day shift team at our Bromley care home. You will provide direct nursing and personalised care to residents, manage medication and support tailored care plans.

The role includes maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines, and acting as a brand ambassador for KYN values. Benefits include 28 days leave, meals, pension, induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN
• Minimum 1 year experience in Health and Social Care
• Excellent knowledge of The Code and delivering standards
• Experience in administering and recording medication
• Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing, companionship and personalised care to residents
• Develop and review individual care plans
• Observe, monitor and document residents' wellbeing
• Manage medication processes and supervise delivery
• Ensure documentation complies with NMC guidelines
• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and support CQC duties
• Create a nurturing environment and act as a KYN brand ambassador
