Our warm and welcoming care home is looking for Senior Carers to join our Day and Night teams.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – required

  • Experience in a senior or supervisory care role

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide care staff

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care
