Clifton College in Bristol is seeking a caring House Coordinator to support pupil wellbeing and pastoral care within our dayHouse. You will work closely with the Housemaster/Housemistress to ensure smooth day-to-day running and a nurturing environment.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families and staff, and readiness to liaise with parents and external providers.

We are seeking a caring, organised and proactive House Coordinator to support the wellbeing and pastoral care of pupils within our dayHouse.

Working closely with the Housemaster/Housemistress, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the House, providing support and guidance to pupils while fostering a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment. The role includes liaising with parents, colleagues and external providers to support pupils' welfare and school experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a genuine commitment to young people's wellbeing, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
