Job summary

Midlands Care is recruiting a Day Health Care Assistant for Long Lea in Nuneaton to provide person-centred care in a warm, compassionate setting. You will support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity while following care policies and procedures.

The role includes induction training with the Care Certificate, opportunities for ongoing training, and a range of shift patterns from part-time to full-time.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
• A team‑oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
• A commitment to delivering high‑quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
• The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Enhanced DBS Check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
