A regional ambulance service in the UK is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and plan patient journeys, ensuring optimal use of resources. The successful candidate will manage PTS ambulance resources and ensure excellent patient experience while maintaining flexibility and reliability in a varied shift pattern. Strong customer service skills and geographical knowledge of the area are essential.
We are looking for a dynamic thinker to support our Control Team in Stevenage. The role involves on the day overseeing and planning of patient journeys to and from home / health care setting using our cleric system and against set key performance indicators and pre-planning patient journeys effectively using available resources.
The successful candidate will be required to commit to and complete a 3 week training course, the course will be located in various locations across the trust such as Epping and Chelmsford and therefore will need to be able to travel to these sites independently.
The role will work on a relief basis covering a range of shifts between 06:00 - 22:00hrs 7 days a week. 9 weeks rota in advance will be made available.
You will be required to have some flexibility and be reliable.
