Job summary

Places for People is seeking a professional Concierge to join our team at Chelsea Creek, London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building is safe, secure, and pleasant.

This full-time role on a 4 on 4 off rota from 7 AM to 7 PM offers a warm and professional working environment where you handle queries, building checks, CCTV monitoring, and access control while maintaining high standards of presentation.

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
