Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a residential childcare setting.
• Confident supporting behaviours that challenge or moments of dysregulation.
• Able to use communication tools for children who are non-verbal or have limited speech.

Responsibilities

• Support children with ASD, ADHD, ASC or GDD who may experience anxiety.
• Help children build independence through daily tasks.
• Monitor and respond to medical needs, including epilepsy management.
