Job summary

Randstad UK is assisting a large day centre near you in recruiting a dedicated support worker to help young people and adults with complex needs. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, in a welcoming, well-resourced setting with a strong leadership team and on-site training.

You will support learners from 18+, including those with Autism, in a modern site with outdoor spaces. The position offers progression opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant care/education or support worker experience (desirable)
• SEN experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Support young people and adults with complex needs in life skills, education and social interaction.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm in a day education centre.
• Be part of a senior leadership-supported team with opportunities for on-site training and career progression.
