Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Full-time Day Support Worker in Oundle to provide compassionate, person-centred care at Abbott House, a 40-bed elderly residential home. You will work a 36-hour week, with early shifts from 07:45 to 20:15, and be part of a supportive team in a focused care environment.

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.

• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
