Job summary

Amica Care Trust is seeking a Care Assistant to join our caring team on a fixed term contract. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, meals and activities, helping to promote independence and wellbeing within a warm, compassionate environment.

No formal experience is required; a can-do attitude and values are what matter. You will receive full training, work as part of a friendly team, and have opportunities for progression within our charity-driven care organisation.

• Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Providing companionship—listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment—supporting residents' physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
• Working as part of a great team—communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
