Qualifications

• Experience of Datacentre new builds from RIBA stages 1-4 is required.
• Must have strong leadership and commercial skills.
• Experience working with 3rd party principle contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed target project programmes and review progress.
• Procure design teams, plant & equipment, and contractors.
• Review cost estimates, plans, and reports prepared by teams.
