Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Databricks Data Engineer to build scalable data pipelines and Lakehouse architectures for diverse client engagements. You will enable advanced analytics and AI use cases on the Databricks platform, integrating real-time and batch sources with secure, governed data products.

The role requires strong SQL/Python, cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hands-on leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in data engineering or data architecture roles, with 3+ years on Databricks.
• University degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Databricks certifications (Data Engineer Professional) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Delivery on data engineering projects.
• Develop Data Pipelines (Batch and Streaming).
• Design Databricks & Lakehouse architectures.
• Model and optimize data (Delta Lake, Medallion).
• Collaborate with teams; enforce best practices.
• Ensure quality, governance and security of data solutions.
