This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching niche industries, developing targeted databases and supporting data-driven marketing and sales activity across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and optimise CRM and marketing databases to support targeted B2B outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify niche industry segments and build high-quality data lists across international markets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, marketing and sales teams to support data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Segment, clean and enrich data to ensure accuracy, relevance and strong campaign performance.
  • Monitor and maintain GDPR compliance, ensuring all data collection and processing meets regulatory standards.
  • Use analytical insights to inform marketing activity, improve data quality and support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage database projects from initial research through to implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and data is delivered to a high standard.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of email marketing campaigns through high-quality data selection and list management.
