Luxoft is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect to establish the technical foundation for Automation, AI and GenAI initiatives across our database services landscape. You will define and deliver the roadmap for future capabilities, including AI Agents and RAG-based solutions, aligning with the client's AI strategy.

You will lead architecture governance, drive scalable automation platforms, and collaborate across Database Engineering, Cloud, Security and AI teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Automation Architecture, or similar roles.
• Strong software engineering and system design background.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale automation platforms.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and GenAI integrations.
• Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Database knowledge across MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS.

• Establish development standards, security controls, observability, and governance.
• Collaborate with Database Engineering, Cloud, Security, Architecture and AI teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership for AI initiatives.

Project description

We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect to establish and lead the technical foundation for Automation, AI, and Generative AI initiatives across our database services landscape.This role will provide architecture leadership for existing automation solutions while defining and delivering the roadmap for future capabilities, including AI Agents, GenAI integrations, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent operational workflows. The successful candidate will help transform individual automations into a scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready capability aligned with client's AI strategy.
