Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL databases, including all versions.
• Support Azure SQL, SQL Managed Services, and monitor Azure performance.
• Assist with administration of Azure MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with third parties to monitor and manage backups and recovery procedures.
• Monitor database performance and support query optimisation.
• Implement and maintain database security controls.
• Contribute to database design and development activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Liaise with development and IT teams to support database requirements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor DCRM space usage and contribute to data storage and sharing strategy.
