Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Team Lead to oversee end-to-end clinical data management for global trials. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and act as the principal client contact for data deliverables.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree with 10+ years in data management, including 5+ years in leadership, and have expertise in Medidata Rave or Oracle InForm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical data management experience with 5+ years in a Lead role.
• Experience managing global studies and client-facing interactions.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for global clinical trials from study setup to database lock.
• Serve as main client contact for data management deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and database deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources to meet client expectations.
• Mentor junior data management staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
