Job summary

Motor Insurers' Bureau is seeking a Strategy Delivery Manager to translate strategic data objectives into actionable delivery outcomes. You will lead delivery initiatives, analyse complex data, identify risks and coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure value-driven delivery.

Working in a hybrid setup from Milton Keynes, you will own delivery plans, monitor progress, and provide governance-ready insights to support key decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery within a project, programme or data environment.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement in ambiguous situations.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with proactive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Lead in executing Data projects and programmes, owning defined tasks or small workstreams.
• Translate strategic goals into delivery plans, milestones and actionable outcomes.
• Drive momentum by managing actions and resolving blockers.
• Maintain delivery momentum with planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse complex operational and strategic data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Own and maintain delivery plans and trackers, monitor milestones.
• Prepare updates and materials for governance forums and reviews.
• Influence stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
• Identify dependencies and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and delivery gaps and suggest improvements.
