Job summary

Vallum Associates in London is seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to define ownership, create an enterprise data catalog, and oversee metadata and policy standards.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure data quality, security, and compliance, performing data profiling and quality assessments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a data role and ability to present and guide DBP guidance
• Proficient in documenting data processes, data lineage and data management activities
• Capable of creating operational design and policy standards
• Good understanding of client data integration patterns
• Good understanding of business data models for internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques
• Can identify impacts of data (or bad data)
• Exposure to a range of visualization and reporting techniques to drive data integrity standards
