Job Title: Data Specialist (Test Services)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote, with occasional travel)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Data Specialist to support a major global ERP and CRM integration initiative. In this role, you’ll take ownership of data imports, cleansing, and quality improvement activities that underpin critical business operations across North America and EMEA.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure data integrity across systems that drive our pricing, quoting, and financial processes. This position is ideal for a data professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and translating raw data into actionable, high-quality information that enables smooth business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Import & Validation: Execute and verify complex data imports into a global ERP and CRM ecosystem.
  • Data Reconciliation: Align and match data across ERP, CRM, and pricing tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor, audit, and enhance data quality across test services, pricing, and customer records.
  • Duplicate & Conflict Resolution: Detect and resolve duplicate or inconsistent entries to maintain master data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the data lead within a global transformation project, ensuring data readiness and reliability across regions.
  • Business Support: Serve as the primary contact for global data requests, including data merges, quality updates, and duplicate management.
  • Ad-Hoc Data Activities: Contribute to other data-related initiatives as required to support business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Practical expertise in data import, cleansing, and issue resolution across complex systems.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management principles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data-handling tools such as Power BI, Python, Dataiku, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Understanding of ERP/CRM data models and dependencies across enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE); certification is an advantage.
